Refund policy
1. Returns Only for Damaged Items
Returns are only accepted if the delivered item is damaged or has obvious defects that were not caused during shipping. If there is no defect, returns are not permitted. Please note that we are not liable for shipping damage that can be proven to have been caused by the shipping company.
2. Procedure in case of problems

3. Statutory right of withdrawal (for non-excluded items)
For all products that are not considered pre-orders or are not expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal, the following statutory right of withdrawal applies:
You have the right to return damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email. You may use the following sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory:

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you (excluding shipping costs, unless these are required by law to be refunded) as soon as I have received the returned goods.
I will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods to me immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified me of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for returned items.
