Shipping policy
1. Shipping Areas
I currently ship only to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country—these are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and country:
- In-stock items: Shipped within 2–5 business days (Germany)
- In-stock items: Shipping within 10–20 business days (USA)
Since I run the shop on my own, delivery times may be longer during periods of high order volume. Thank you for your understanding!
3. Shipping Providers
Shipping is handled by recognized carriers such as DHL, Deutsche Post, or other international shipping partners. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number, if available.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination country, and shipping method.

5. Shipping Damage
I assume no liability for shipping damage that can be proven to have been caused by the shipping provider.
