1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through my online store at www.friewaa.com.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in my online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. You submit a binding offer only when you click the “Buy Now” button. You will then receive a confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include applicable sales tax (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs, which are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Payment

I offer the following payment options:

Other methods listed at checkout (Shopify Payments)

Your card will be charged immediately after the order is completed.

6. Delivery

I will ship to the delivery address you provided. Delivery times are listed with each product.

7. Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items are excluded from cancellation, exchange, and return, as I use the funds directly for the production of the items. By placing your order, you expressly agree to this.

8. Returns and Complaints

I accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Returns due to dissatisfaction or for items in perfect condition are not permitted.

I assume no liability for damage that occurs during shipping and was not caused by me.

9. Right of Withdrawal

10. Retention of Title

The goods remain my property until full payment has been received.
